What you will need : Alpro Vanilla Milk (delicious) 1 Banana, Cocao Power & Peanut Butter (1 tbsp of each) & Hemp seeds.

Hemp seeds are packed with proteins and healing benefits that are not typically seen on the shelves on supermarkets, adding these into your diet could enhance your health massively.
