Twice a week on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:30pm to 7:30pm – I hold an Adult’s Jazz Dance class providing my clients with insights and influences from the roots of Jazz Dance and where it all began.
Each week, we work on warming up our bodies and relieving our built up physical and mental stress through exercise and fitness movements. Next we build and create a choreographed routine over two weeks adding and practicing the dance movements used in classic Jazz Dance with the use of funky and swing music.
Ending each class we cool down our bodies with stretches, breathwork and elements of Pilates and Yoga used to relax our mind and body, preparing you for your week ahead.
